This means incorporating plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean dairy and lean meats and seafood. It is about cutting out unhealthy fats and replacing them with oils that include health benefits.
Every person who adopts a clean eating lifestyle has to make a choice about what degree they will follow a clean way of life. Some of the basic principles of clean eating are: Removing the majority of processed foods that are full of chemical preservatives, colorings and flavorings. It is about increasing healthy whole foods, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats, dairy, grains, nuts and healthy oils.
Making major changes in your health can seem daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. Part of the reason that people fail to make changes is that they do too much too soon. With our Clean Living Coaching, I will work with you to make steady and achievable changes that are lasting.
